Tasting Maker's Mark again

From time to time I forget how nice the best bourbon (so far) can be. I've got some botles of Maker's Mark hidden in my secret cupboard. I've just opened one recently to enjoy its wonderfully smooth taste again.
Maker's Mark is acknowledged by experts to be the world's best bourbon. "The noblest of all bourbons" says Michael Jackson, internationally acclaimed writer on spirits. The secret of Maker's Mark derives from its unique recipe, which utilizes mild winter wheat as its flavours grain unlike pungent rye found in other American whiskeys. Let's see how I find it's tasting notes.

Rich, full, replete with clove and wood aromas - a bit brandy like

Taste
Light, spicy flavour with a hint of butterscotch - wonderfully smooth

Short (as it should be) and remarkably clean.
